Our door-to-door Meet and Greet service is available 24/7 for all pre-booked private transfers, tailored to the number of passengers travelling.

We actively monitor all flight arrivals using official airport data to ensure accurate landing times. If your flight is early or delayed, our driver will adjust the pickup accordingly and meet you at the updated confirmed arrival time.

In case your flight is cancelled in advance, we’ll wait for further instructions from you regarding the new flight details.

Our driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, typically 20–30 minutes after your flight has landed, unless a different arrangement has been made. A greeting board displaying your chosen name will be used for easy identification, and the driver may also contact you via call or text.

You are entitled to 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup. If you’d like us to arrive earlier or later, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by email, or call us directly. Additional waiting time beyond the free period is chargeable.

Please note that the car park fee for waiting time is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Our driver will assist you with your luggage and personal items, and a car park receipt will be provided as proof of entry/exit from the terminal.
